Our lab facilities include state-of-the-art tools to undertake experiments the fields of ultrafast light (LaserLab) and quantum matter (QMADE Lab). Moreover, we offer a wide range of services associated with these equipment to the scientific community.

- Laser sources:
- Ultrashort pulse laser (Spitfire, Spectra Physics), with CPA technology based on on Ti:Sapphire technology. 120 fs, 800 nm pulses and two outputs: 1mJ@1KHz / 50 mJ@ 5KHz.
- Tuneable ultrashort pulse laser (Spitfire ACE, Spectra Physics+TOPAS). 60 fs pulses, 1.6mJ@5KHz, tuneable between 240 and 2400 nm.
- Visible and infrared laser sources, such as ultrashort-pulse laser oscillators.
- Laser-based micro- and nano-processing work stations:
- Two optical tables with benches for handling and processing materials
- Devices for characterization and optical manipulation: frequency-doubling crystals, polarizers, optomechanical devices, mechanical shutters, energy attenuators, imaging systems (CCD).
- 3-axis micropositioning systems (XYZ) and 5-axis micropositioning systems (XYZ, angle rotation, goniometer) and controllers.
- Laser fume extraction systems
- Optical lenses with different focal distances (from 10 to 200 mm) for UV, visible and NIR wavelengths
